Staff is very nice and friendly

My room was next to the elevator and it was loud.

The sound of air condition was quite loud but compare to the sound of the shower, it was relatively not that bad. The water flow pressure makes the sound over 5 mins before it became normal. We expected Fairmount standard higher than we experienced.

It had been a long, long time since I had stayed at this property- more recently favouring options more convenient for my work. In short I was really happy with this stay. I elected to upgrade my room to the gold level. I really enjoyed the lounge for breakfast and an evening snack. The attendees of the lounge were exceptional - sorry I didn’t catch their names! Valet service was quick and efficient. My room was comfortable and well appointed. I had a welcome treat in the room, a couple nice bottles of water, and Fairmont’s workout gear (see photo). Soft and comfortable bed and bedding. I found my stay well priced for the quality and service. I will be back no doubt.

We stayed on the Gold Level. The rooms are nice and well appointed. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the rooms perfect. The Gold Level staff are outstanding. They go out of their way to provide excellent service and to anticipate your needs. Although the buffet area is compact, they do a great job having a number of new items each day. The door staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a direct connection to the underground walkway system.
